Validate WU spec

pnpm wu:validate

Options:

Flag	Description	Required
-i, --id <wuId>	Work Unit ID. Required except on wu:create, which auto-generates the next sequential ID when omitted.	No
-a, --all	Validate all WUs	No
--no-strict	Bypass code_paths/test_paths path existence checks. Reality-phase checks run at wu:prep/wu:done. Logged when used.	No
--json	Output JSON summary only	No
