Workspace Config Diagnostics

The shared workspace loader reads workspace.yaml before many commands finish validating the configuration. If the file cannot be read or its YAML cannot be parsed, the loader returns null and prints this stable warning:

[lumenflow-config] Failed to load workspace.yaml: invalid YAML syntax or file could not be read.

This warning identifies the file and the failure category without repeating parser excerpts or filesystem exception details. Check the YAML syntax and that the file is readable, then run pnpm validate to check the workspace configuration.

Typed configuration validation can still report specific field-level errors after YAML has been parsed. For the supported workspace.yaml structure, see the Configuration Reference.
