Discovery Completion

After wu:done, the completion footer can remind you about open discoveries linked to that WU and show the command for triage:

pnpm mem:triage --wu WU-XXXX --list

The footer uses the same open-discovery rules as the memory triage reader. Deferred, closed and archived discoveries are already disposed and do not count as open. Ephemeral discoveries and discoveries blocked by metadata or a blocking relationship are also excluded. A genuinely open discovery remains visible in the count and listed IDs.

Completion combines readable memory from main and the WU worktree when it still exists, counting each discovery ID once. If one copy is disposed or otherwise excluded by the triage rules, it suppresses a stale open copy in another store. This prevents a deferred follow-up from reappearing as open after completion. The reader preserves the stored history; it does not archive, delete or otherwise resolve a discovery.

The footer is advisory. An unreadable store is skipped for the nudge, so a missing reminder does not prove there is no follow-up work. Continue to triage discoveries before completion. The separate memory-preservation and completion guards retain their existing policies.
