Record the claimed session’s current lifecycle phase as a heartbeat event

pnpm wu:phase --id <wuId> --phase <phase>

Options:

Flag	Description	Required
-i, --id <wuId>	Work Unit ID. Required except on wu:create, which auto-generates the next sequential ID when omitted.	Yes
--phase <phase>	Phase to record: implement, review-wait, hold, prep, done	Yes
