pnpm plan:link --id <wuId> --plan <uri>

Options:

-i, --id <wuId>	Work Unit ID. Required except on wu:create, which auto-generates the next sequential ID when omitted.	Yes
--plan <uri>	Plan URI (lumenflow://plans/…)	Yes
