Sync templates to project

pnpm lumenflow:sync-templates

Options:

Flag	Description	Required
--dry-run	Show what would be synced without writing files	No
--verbose	Show detailed output	No
--check-drift	Check for template drift without syncing (CI mode)	No
--scope <templatePath>	Regenerate only the named managed template (project-relative path, repeatable). Other drifted templates are reported, not written.	No
