Diagnose LumenFlow configuration

Also prints a Sandbox Posture section (kernel sandbox engine, admission verdict, receipt identity) shared with compute:doctor; display-only under Stage 1 observe.
Exit codes: 0 = healthy (no rendered warnings or failures); 1 = warnings only (at least one rendered ⚠ line, e.g. Lane Health, Config Hygiene, Workflow Health, Git Object Durability); 2 = failures present (at least one rendered ✗ line in Core Safety Components or a damaged git object store in Git Object Durability). Every counted warning or failure renders a visible line in its section -- there are no hidden exit-code contributors. --repair/--dry-run supplied alone is a usage refusal and exits 1 without running any check.
