Effective Date
Section titled “Effective Date”These Terms of Use are effective as of February 7, 2026.
These terms apply to use of:
- LumenFlow documentation at
lumenflow.dev - LumenFlow private software packages (including CLI and MCP components)
- Related support and onboarding materials provided by the LumenFlow team
Access and License
Section titled “Access and License”LumenFlow software is private and access-controlled. Any right to install, use, copy, modify, redistribute, or sublicense is limited to the rights expressly granted in a separate written agreement.
If no written agreement grants such rights, no such rights are granted.
Usage Restrictions
Section titled “Usage Restrictions”Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you must not:
- Redistribute LumenFlow software or credentials
- Provide LumenFlow as a hosted service to third parties
- Circumvent access controls or technical restrictions
- Use LumenFlow in violation of applicable law or regulation
Documentation
Section titled “Documentation”Documentation is provided for informational and operational use. Documentation access does not, by itself, grant software licensing rights beyond applicable written terms.
Third-Party Components
Section titled “Third-Party Components”LumenFlow may include or depend on third-party components that are licensed separately by their respective rights holders.
Disclaimer
Section titled “Disclaimer”Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, LumenFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
